Lip Filler for Toronto Patients: Natural, Not Noticeable
The lips people notice are the ones that were done badly. Dr. Mazzuca treats lips for hydration, border definition and proportion, in small volumes, so that the result reads as a good day rather than a procedure. She also dissolves and corrects lips done elsewhere.

What this covers
The Toronto lip
There is a look that has become common across the city: a flat, projecting upper lip with a visible shelf above the border, and a lower lip that is fuller than the face around it. It comes from filler placed in volume, repeatedly, on top of filler that had not cleared. It photographs well from the front and reads as filler from every other angle.
The alternative is to treat the lip for what it has actually lost. In most patients over thirty that is hydration and definition, not size. Half a syringe placed along the border and in the body of the lip restores the shape you had, and nobody can tell why you look well.
How it is done here
Topical anaesthetic is applied for fifteen minutes, and the filler itself contains lidocaine, so discomfort is brief. Dr. Mazzuca uses a soft hyaluronic acid product designed for lips, placed with a needle at the border and, where appropriate, a cannula in the body of the lip to reduce bruising. Volume is deliberately conservative on a first visit: it is easy to add at the four-week review and impossible to take away except by dissolving.
Expect the lips to look larger than the final result for two to three days as they swell, then settle. Bruising is possible and can be covered from the next day. The result is judged at four weeks and typically lasts six to twelve months. The day-by-day timeline is in your first filler appointment.
Correcting lips done elsewhere
If your filler has migrated above the lip line, or your lips feel firm and look flat, the fix is to dissolve first. Hyaluronidase breaks down the old product within days; the lips look slightly deflated for a week or two, and after two to four weeks they can be re-treated correctly. Dissolving is $100 per session, and it is the most requested lip treatment among patients coming from Toronto.
Pricing
Lip enhancement is $500 for the appointment, which is booked for forty-five minutes and includes assessment, numbing, treatment and aftercare. It is not sold by the syringe or in packages. Filler dissolving is $100. New patients start with a $50 consultation or a $20 video consultation; returning patients book directly.

Frequently asked questions
How much is lip filler in Toronto at this clinic?
Lip enhancement is $500 for the forty-five-minute appointment, including assessment and aftercare. Dissolving previous lip filler is $100 per session.
Will my lips look done?
Not if that is not what you want. Dr. Mazzuca treats for hydration, border definition and proportion in conservative volumes, and reviews at four weeks. Most first-time patients receive half a syringe.
Can you fix migrated lip filler from another clinic?
Yes. The old filler is dissolved with hyaluronidase, the lips are allowed to settle for two to four weeks, and they are then re-treated correctly if desired.
How long does lip filler last?
Typically six to twelve months for the visible effect. Repeat treatment is based on reassessment, not a fixed schedule, to avoid build-up.
How far is the clinic from Toronto?
About 35 to 45 minutes from downtown via the DVP and Highway 404, at Woodbine Avenue and Major Mackenzie Drive in Markham. Parking is free.
